WHAT ARE THE WAYS OF DELIVERY OF MY PURCHASE?

You can collect your order at the official store of Smart Comercuatro, S.A. ( from now and on PAULA ALONSO) in C / Alcala 183 Madrid, or delivery via courier to the address you want.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

On purchases over 49€ the shipping is free. For all other purchases the cost is 4.95 €, except Balearic € 9.95.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE WHAT HAVE MY PACKAGE?  Do not know if I'll be home when the package arrives

The shipping service is next day delivery in Spain throughout the day, except in populations far more than 100 kilometers from the nearest office, to hand until 14:00 the next day. Europe delivering can take 4 days maximum. However, you can leave a remark to the transit agency for the delivery is completed within a time approximate to ensure the collection of the package. 

For international shipments the standard delivery will be within 48-72 hours.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER

Yes, we shop in Madrid, is located on Calle Alcala, 183. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:45 to 13:45 and 16:45 to 20:30.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

All shipments are managed through courier company in working hours and the address given by the customer in the order form.

The usual delivery time in Spain is 24 hours from the day of issuance, giving throughout the day after shipment, except Saturdays and holidays (both local and national in Spain). Even at Balearic Nacex messaging, messaging 48h with Seur.. By FedEx,

For international shipments the usual delivery time is 48-72h.

PAULA ALONSO does not deliver to PO boxes. PAULA ALONSO won´t be liable for errors in the delivery of the order when they have their cause errors, inaccuracies or lack of data at the address indicated by the customer.

PAULA ALONSO is not responsible for delays in delivery for unreceived shipping, for logistical reasons or force majeure. For delivery of the shipment must be in the address specified by the customer in the order whether it is right himself or person authorized by him. In case you are not any of those people in the direction or delivery can not be made for other reasons, the courier company responsible for the shipment and delivery will be in touch with the customer according to the data it has provided PAULA ALONSO to schedule an alternative delivery date. In the event that the courier company can not locate the customer and proceed to order delivery within 10 days from when the distribution of the order will be returned to the stores of PAULA ALONSO and the customer will take care of the shipping and return order to the stores, as well as any costs associated management. The order amount will be refunded by the same payment system used for expenses other than stated above.
